By using moblworld.com or Moblphone.com, both published by Moblworld LLC, you agree to these terms. They are short because the sites do little: they publish information and link to other people's products.

1. Informational purpose and dated snapshots

Every specification, compatibility statement and certification status on Moblphone.com is a dated snapshot. It records what the manufacturer's own product page, or the Wireless Power Consortium's public Qi registry, said on the date shown next to it. Manufacturers revise products, pages and prices without notice. The date is there so you can judge how current a figure is, and the source link is there so you can check it. Confirm the details on the manufacturer's or retailer's own page before you buy.

2. No advice, no warranty

Nothing on our sites is financial, legal, medical or professional advice, and nothing is a guarantee that a product will fit, work or perform as its manufacturer claims. The sites are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moblworld LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any loss arising from use of the sites or reliance on anything published on them.

3. We are not the seller

Moblworld LLC is not the manufacturer, seller or seller of record of any product linked from Moblphone.com. Orders, payment, delivery, returns, warranty and support are between you and the manufacturer or retailer you buy from, under their terms. How links may be compensated is explained in the FTC Affiliate Disclosure.

4. Links to other sites

Links lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or policies, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.

5. Intellectual property

The text, layout and comparison structure of our sites are copyright © 2026 Moblworld LLC. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Product names, logos and trademarks, including MagSafe, Qi and Qi2, belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products discussed.

6. Corrections

If something on Moblphone.com is wrong or out of date, tell us at contact@moblphone.com and we will fix it and change the date. We check by hand and products change without notice, so this will happen.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

8. Changes

These terms describe how the sites operate today. If that changes, this page will change with it and the date at the top will move.
